Refund policy

30-day returns on unused items in original condition, within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item. Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or incorrect items: tell us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it — no need to ship it back.
